Greetings Group, It's the morning of July 5th. Fireworks had been going off all night long. Setting off car alarms - all night long. Not sleeping well - all night long. So, let's get up early and make some noise getting out a classic to go to breakfast with our car friends.
Perfect. We are looking forward to it.
We set out for Riverside in our modified 1956 AH 100 about 7am. Not being too quiet. We’re glad it is a morning event. It was going to approach 100 degrees in the afternoon. But we would be home way before that. There was already a lineup of classics started when we arrived. Jimmie Davis had to have been the Hirst to get there again. He usually is.
This time we had six Healeys in the group. George McHarris had even made the trip from North Tustin. Good to see you, George. Allan Perry had the bonnet up checking his brake fluid. He might need some brake cylinder service soon. John Meza was on his Trek Domane road bike again. He will have a warm ride back to Redlands.
