I love the smell of racing fuel in the morning. Don Fisher asked me, since my 1951 Snap-On truck was on display at the Automobile Driving Museum for a few months, did I want to get the little car out and stretch its legs. Although I haven’t been with the club since I started my business, it is always nice to go hang out with my fellow Healey enthusiasts.
This time it would only be Don Fisher and myself representing the brand. It was nice being able to take a break from business and auto restoration and enjoy the day. Our cars were like magnets to the spectators looking for something other than the usual Camaros and Mustangs. I did get the little car out on the track for a few laps and although the turnout wasn’t as good as 2020BC, we had a great day.
