Brits at Belmont Shore - 7/7

Bob, Phil, and I met up at the Belmont Brewing Company prior to British Car Night for a bite to eat. As we finished dinner and headed down to the Belmont Pier parking lot we ran into Jackie and David Deamer waiting for a table on the patio. From the patio you have a great view of Long Beach Harbor and the Palos Verdes Peninsula. When we got down to the parking lot there was a nice turnout of British sports cars. There were AHs, MGs, Triumphs, two other Jensen Healeys, and a very nice 1948 Three Wheel Morgan F model. The owner informed us that the “F” indicates that it has an English Ford engine. This was a great night for a gathering of British sport cars. The cool ocean breeze didn’t hurt either.
