More rain on the way; “Come On, this is Sunny Southern California”. I know we need it but enough is enough, though it appears the rain has not deterred members from attending events.
In April we will have two club events. The first is a tour of the Nethercutt Collection on the 15th following the Universal Theatre Cars & Coffee. It appears this will be a very popular event with over 60 members and guests registered already.
It is currently sold out but as we get closer to the date the Museum says we may get more entrants, so Peter Roses will keep us updated. The other event in April is the Queen’s English show at Woodley Park in Van Nuys on the 23rd.
In May we have the Scottish Fest British Car show at the Orange County Fairgrounds on May 27th and 28th. If you enjoy watching Scottish games and listening to Pipe and Drum bands and haven’t been there before, I recommend you sign up. They especially need cars for the Sunday event! In June is the San Clemente Downtown Car Show and if planning to attend I recommend you register ASAP as it sells out.
Hope to see you at the events!
