This Event was in support of the Infinite Hero’s Foundation, whose mission is to combat the most difficult front-line issues – both mental and physical - facing our military Heroes and their families.
Earlier that morning an auspicious group of members met at a nearby Starbucks .
Attending the event were John & Alice Hummer with their 100-6, Tim McNiff with his BJ7, Jarrod Word with his 100M, Tom & Paige Rubinate and Phil Caliva with their BJ8’s and George and Kathy McHarris in his 100. Also, Jerry Bishop with his ’31 Ford Hot Rod). The event was staged in the underground parking garage of the Garden Walk Center in Anaheim. The garage was filled with a variety of cars, including traditional hot rods, pickups, a VW bus, and a “lead sled” which was a a work of art! A band provided some entertainment, albeit a bit loud for us, as we were parked very close to them. The garage is partially bathed in blue fluorescent lighting that cast an interesting glow on some of our cars.
