I am making this month’s update quick and sweet as we all decompress from the very successful Healey Week. Luckily, no adventure for me on the return trip from Palm Springs but not so lucky for Phil Caliva, his car broke down in the heavy traffic due to the accident in the construction area and I know Bruce Steele had to pull over due to his car overheating. Maybe some tales to tell there.
As far as Club Events go in June, we will have the Supercar Sunday event on June 5th where British Cars are the featured marque. Then the Highway Earth Show is on the 26th. In July it is the Supercar Sunday show again on the 3rd where European Cars are the featured Marque. So far, no Club Events have been designated in August. If someone knows of a worthy event let me know and we will get it added to the calendar. In September we have the Dana Point show and in October the Central Coast British Car Show in Oxnard and the San Clemente Classic Car Show.
Good luck to these members showing their cars at the Huntington Beach Concours on June 5th; hopefully we will continue to bring home some awards! See you at the events!
