It looks like the next two months are going to be very active for the club, with four club events in October and two, so far, in November.
October 3rd is the rescheduled Central Coast British Car show, which is usually well attended, as well as the San Diego British Car Day. These are two of my favorite shows and I’m bummed that I will miss the San Diego Show this year. Then there is the Dana Point Lantern District show on the 17th. On October 30th, Steve Kirby has organized a joint event with the Jaguar Club at the Petersen Museum to view the “James Bond” exhibit and have lunch at Tom Bergin’s, which is a great Irish Pub a block or so away. Let’s have a great turnout for this event.
November so far, is a much more relaxed month with only the 2021 SoCal Historic Sports Car Festival on the 20th at the Auto Club Speedway in Fontana and the just added the Veteran’s Day Car Show at the March Air Force Base on the 7th which was a great event in 2019.
Nothing else so far, other than our monthly recurring events. But new events seem to be popping up all the time, so check the events calendar on the web site.
Reminder: Registration for the Annual Holiday Party on December 12th is now open. Mark the date on your calendar and sign up.
Take care and see you at the events!
