It was a really nice morning for a drive out to Woodland Hills and the “world-famous” Super Car Sunday. The marque for this month was McLaren and all the exotic car owners in L.A. County showed up. Due to construction at the old mall the event is being held in the upper parking lot, but that hasn’t stopped the car lovers from showing up.
I saw a Healey already parked and tried to get close to it; it was the Thornes’, David and Lisa. After I parked Tom Spangler pulled in in his Bugeye and Rich Jones strolled up sans Healey. He is planning on doing some work on it in the future! Grabbed some free coffee and bought a breakfast burrito from Ruby’s and set out to check out the cars. There are always interesting vehicles on hand and this month saw a “Christine” look-alike, a really girly T-Bird (pretty in pink), and of course the McLaren’s.
