Brits at Belmont Shore 9/3

Alice Johnson and I left home early for the 6:00pm start but got there after George McHarris, who left after us in his 2018 BJ9 Mini Cooper. It was a good group there with their cars and lots of friendly conversation, Tech info and car stories. The following were there: George McHarris in his BJ9, due to his BN2 being in the shop; Bob Bolling and Shari as his Co-Pilot in their ‘62 blue-over-white 3000. It was great to see Shari. Phil Caliva in his black BJ8 of course, tall Paul Van Wig in his Red Bugeye, Steve Johnson in his nice Jensen Healey, Andy Narraway and his fiancée Samira were driving his dark blue BJ8 “nasty boy”, Bill Pogue has his primer red 100-4, and Alice and I were in our BJ9 (the Primrose Lady was up at Russ Thompson’s for brake issues).
Non-members who were driving Healeys were John Kennedy with a Bugeye and Kevin Quistberg in his Jensen Healey.
It was a great turnout and it was nice to have some ladies on hand. Of course Alice was one of them, Shari Bolling keeping an eye on Bob, and Samira, Andy’s bride to be.
