Balboa Fun Zone C&C 7/14

The second Sunday of every month is what I call “twofer Sunday”. If you haven’t done this you need to. Start off by arriving at the Newport Beach Fun Zone Cars and Coffee a little before 7:00 a m. Then you need to visit the donut shop. They make a nice bacon, egg and cheese croissant breakfast sandwich I hitched a ride to the Fun Zone with fellow club member Phil Calvia (my JH is not running at the moment). We were quickly joined by two more club members, George McHarris and John Hummer (Alice was feeling a bit under the weather).
After returning from our breakfast ,we were joined by new club members Sandy and Jim Bennett, the new owners of Jim Huizdos’ AH that was previously owned by Jeff Boysen. Then it’s time to head over to Legacy in Tustin.
The next question is how to get to Legacy? Turn right out of the parking lot and take the ferry (my wife and grandkids love the ferry) or turn left to take the short drive up the 55 to Legacy.
