  • Jay Leno's Garage Visit

    In late January, 2012, George McHarris was invited to join three members from the AHCA New England chapter to visit Jay's garage in Burbank where they were presenting a replica of the famous Dunlop tire display.  They selected George's Austin-Healeyy 100 as the model car for a special photo and video shoot for Jay Leno's Garage website.  You can view some of the photos on our website - http://austin-healey.org/image/tid/58 and the video at Jay's website  http://www.jaylenosgarage.com/video/1956-austin-healey-100-bn2/1383255.

    NEW ITEMS AND LOGO ADDED

    The AHASC online Regalia Store is managed by Cafe Press at www.cafepress.com/AustinHealeyAssoc.  There, members can purchase merchandise with our club logos and have them shipped directly to your location.  Payment methods are either major credit cards or Paypal.  

    The store works like any other online store and merchandise will be changed from time to time.  Be sure to select the correct size and color (if offered) when making selections.  Check it out and let Kathy and I know what you think.

  • 2012 Spirit Award Contest

    The Bill Barnett Spirit Award recognizes the AHA member who attends the most club events over the year (typically January through early December).  The website Event Calendar designates the corresponding points received for attending the applicable event (with your Healey).  Points are accumulated and reported each month in the newsletter and here.  The top three point leaders are recognized at the Christmas Party with an award and the winner has his/her name engraved on the perpetual Spirit Award trophy.  The winners for a particular year are innegilble for the following year.
